Au Vieux Tilleul sur Villeneuve-Sur-Yonne

18/02/2026: The menu was very good, but the portions weren't sufficient (especially the lamb chop; there should have been at least two for the price of the dish). A small comment to the chef, who justified the portion size by saying it was cooked thoroughly (but a raw lamb chop rarely weighs 150g of meat on its own without the bone). Also, there was no "classic" meat dish for those who don't like lamb or red mullet (squab wasn't included in the menu). Scallops are an option if you're not allergic. Ultimately, you're mainly paying for the restaurant's beautiful setting, as we were left wanting more.

17/02/2026: Excellent evening and excellent dinner Saturday night near a nice fire, with a very nice surprise dessert as a bonus for Valentine's Day.
