As for the cuisine, I was captivated by the perfect balance of flavors. Nothing was overdone: neither the salt nor the sugar. Special mention goes to your "crème caramel": managing to make this classic dessert so light and not too sweet is a sign of great skill. It was a perfect ending. If I had to express one small gourmet regret, it would be that I would have liked the tarragon and chervil to be a little bolder in the sauce, to tantalize my taste buds and highlight your flavors. A wonderful place to eat, with deliciously prepared dishes, spices used to great effect, a pleasant welcome, and a cozy atmosphere! In short, a lovely break to be repeated.
