A truly excellent and beautiful restaurant near Haguenau. Everything is homemade, and the dishes and sides are subtly seasoned, leaving us wondering which spices, herbs, or citrus fruits the chef used. Bravo to the entire team.

A bit disappointed because the Sunday evening menu was heavily focused on bouillabaisse. We had booked a menu with bourride, but we were told it would be prepared as a special treat if we requested it! Even though it's on the regular menu and the second option? So we ordered the bouillabaisse, which was good but not exceptional; we've had better in the south! The bisque was too thick with too many spices and not enough rouille, and the fish was limited. In short, for €42, I expected a bit more. Furthermore, ordering this dish meant you had to order a dessert from the menu, whereas the set menu included bourride, a starter, and dessert for €50, and this one cost €54 without the starter! Also, the wine pour was very small. I think customers should be able to choose without being forced to and without losing out too much in terms of quantity, price, etc.

This place is fantastic. The staff is amazing, super welcoming and the service is flawless. The food is just wow. Whether you want to eat what I think is the best bouillabaisse in the world or choose to go with the menu, you will have a splendid culinary experience. This is definitely our favorite table in the area.

A wonderful discovery! A perfect welcome and service. Magnificent cuisine and dishes, generous and full of flavor. A wonderful experience in a very pleasant setting. We will definitely return on our next trip to Alsace.
