Very warm welcome, very generous meal, very good, no waiting, super relaxing place, I highly recommend this hostel with children or without children, I will come back without hesitation.

Hello, Yesterday, my father and I celebrated our 40th and 70th birthdays. It was an event for about fifty people, and we were all impressed by the quality of the service and the reception venue. We are loyal customers of this inn, which we've seen evolve over the years. With each event, we've always been delighted to choose this place to create memories with our family and friends. Despite the unexpected food allergies of two guests, the staff was responsive and immediately offered another dish. The service is impeccable and pleasant. My cousin's baptism (15 years ago), my son Eythan's baptism (8 years ago), and yesterday my 40th and my father's 70th birthdays. I can't count the few times we've come for lunch with a small group. I'm also surprised by the unpleasant comments about this venue, which, for me, has been flawless for several years now. If we have another event to organize, I will definitely return to the Auberge de la Bastide Neuve with its idyllic, bohemian, chic, and friendly setting in the Provençal countryside. Traditional cuisine, the best at Les Alouettes!! I've been going there for years and I always feel good there. It has a beautiful exterior and a museum of old tractors you've never seen before. I highly recommend this place; it's truly a Luberon landmark.

Very disappointed by this experience. The setting is quite pleasant, especially with children, and the food was decent, but the manager's (specifically, the daughter's) attitude completely ruined it. A blatant lack of professionalism: cold, unfriendly, and visibly annoyed by customer comments. The mayonnaise was EXPIRED from February 2025. And when we pointed it out to her at the checkout, she said, "Oh, come on, what's the harm in a few months..." Based on previous reviews, I think the younger generation is indeed completely inadequate as a manager, let alone as restaurant professionals. This is not what one expects from an establishment that's supposed to welcome guests with a smile. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff seemed more attentive. I don't recommend it, and I won't be going back.
