Thank you for the catering service: beef bourguignon and gratin dauphinois were very popular with the 70 guests. The dishes remained warm for 3 hours in the insulated boxes during the aperitif. Very good vegetable soup too, velvety and slightly creamy. Great value for money. Recommended for your family meals.
