Auberge Centre Poitou sur Coulombiers

The food and service were of exceptional quality. The menu was simply perfect. The cuisine was exquisitely refined and executed to perfection. The atmosphere in the dining room was warm and the welcome impeccable. A truly excellent restaurant, highly recommended!

We came to the restaurant for New Year's Day. The meal was a set menu, but it was very varied and of excellent quality. I hadn't been to this restaurant before, but I certainly didn't regret it. The service was efficient and perfectly paced. I appreciated it all the more because I'm still struggling to get over the disastrous experiences (price and quality) I had in Paris and then London. This confirms that the best restaurants are often found outside of Paris.

Nice establishment, but the rooms facing the road are a bit small... Decent restaurant

We had lunch with friends one day. The waiters were cold and lacked wine knowledge, despite the extensive wine cellar. The beer was served lukewarm. There was no information on the prices of the dishes on the menu. The dishes were good but lacked substance (side dishes). The prices are high, making it poor value for money.

Disappointed by the quality of service. A beer served lukewarm wasn't replaced, only ice cubes were brought. Tasting a wine clearly annoyed the server, who was otherwise unable to recommend a wine pairing for a dish. The dishes were good, but lacked vegetables, and the plate was unbalanced. The desserts were beautiful and delicious. I wouldn't describe the value for money as "good."

A real treat! Balanced and tasty dishes, bravo to the chef and his team 👏. Pleasant and attentive service, an experience to live with your eyes closed!
