We had lunch at Laurette’s and it was my favorite of the holidays! Fig wine as an aperitif, pounti as a starter (an Auvergne specialty), sweet chestnut dessert for dessert (we are in Ardèche). Simple, local, gourmet cuisine, with a taste of coming back! Very warm service. Lovely room and it must be even more pleasant in summer with the terrace! It was our lunch stop after visiting the Chauvet cave, which was very practical. I highly recommend !

The welcome is very cordial. The dishes are delicious. The “dream” room is small but comfortable, the breakfast is correct with homemade jams. The team takes great care. I recommend this place

28/09/2023: Very nice place, well kept, clean and welcoming, a very nice room inside, although we only ate on the terrace, as the weather was very good and the people are friendly, just like the manager, the cuisine is of very good quality, I know you're going to tell me it's a pizzeria yes and still the pizzas are very good we even discovered a little beer brewed and produced alongside a quality that would make the big brands pale this little wonder is called (the vixen) I also have a dessert based on chestnut cream accompanied by Chantilly with a small chestnut cake and a scoop of chestnut ice cream well yes we are in Ardèche so I can only tell you that if you come by by saint-rémez you now know where you stop
