Small, friendly, clean and well-kept hotel. Excellent restaurant, special mention for the desserts. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

I regularly come to eat at this restaurant and have never been disappointed, the menu changes regularly. Refined cuisine. You can go there with your eyes closed

I could say that we are regular customers of this cozy hotel. It is always a quiet, clean place where simplicity and quality of detail make you feel at home. In addition to the kindness of the hotel staff. I like it a lot.

More than perfect welcome and impeccable service. Kindness of the staff. A perfect kitchen. I really liked the Cévennes Vacherin. The rest of the restaurant menu too. I will return with pleasure

We had dinner for the Christmas Eve meal, very warm welcome even in advance for the reservation. The meal was perfect, the quantities were there, the service was good. There is a wide choice of food and drinks. I would happily come back for a traditional meal!

I had lunch at the Auberge with friends and it was delicious. I can only recommend this place where the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I cannot give an opinion on the rooms because I did not sleep there.

02/04/2024: Pre booked via email on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately the booking was written incorrectly in the diary as a midday booking but we were still accommodated in the evening and given a choice of tables. Food and wine excellent, service good so will definitely return in the Summer.
02/04/2024: Sublime !!!!!!!!!!! What a marvel of discovery!!!! Simply extraordinary!!!! The best beef tartare I have ever tasted in my entire life!!! Well done and thank you!!! 🙏
