Exceptional cuisine. We ate at L'Atelier for lunch with a €25 set menu, three courses per person. From organic zucchini to a soufflé omelet, tomato, their summer chicken, and the absolutely delicious Arctic char, the value for money was unbeatable. We can't wait to return for these flavors; the dishes are elegantly presented, and the portions are perfect. One observation: my sister ordered a glass of rosé as an aperitif, and there was only about a glass left. The waiter gave her some of the wine, leaving a bit of the bottle when the rest could have been poured. The wine service in general could be improved, but that's just a minor point. The staff is very kind and helpful. A must-try in Roanne. An absolute must in Roanne if you visit the city. Quality and price are unbeatable for elegant and extremely flavorful dining. Well-thought-out presentation for business or pleasure. Highly recommended. We were super impressed with the food. Do go and enjoy local flavors in a really nice setting.

A Saturday lunch... we started on the terrace with an aperitif and were treated to a discovery of flavors... from beginning to end, a palette of flavors throughout the meal. A discreet, smiling, and attentive team... I'll definitely be back.
