Exceptional location in St. Perey. Charming inn and an exceptional wood-fired grill. Traditional cuisine. Excellent wine list. Top-quality ingredients. Antoine was incredibly kind and helped us find the perfect wine pairing.

A new addition to my list of favorite restaurants: the place, the staff, and of course the food—everything is perfect! My taste buds are still watering from my 1.48 kg ribeye steak (shared between three of us!!), one of the best steaks I've ever eaten! The gratin was also amazing! And what can I say about the Valrhona 3-chocolate custard tart: a gem!! In short, go for it, you won't be disappointed, everything is delicious! And thank you for this unforgettable moment 🙏

Excellent cuisine, original but quite greasy and very meat-focused. Very attentive service, a little overwhelmed when the restaurant fills up. The restaurant's biggest asset is the terrace... in the warmer months.

01/09/2024: We had a great time. The service is top notch, the wine list is well-stocked and the quality of the food preparation is excellent. However, the quantities are a little small. We came out hungry.
21/08/2024: A very nice evening spent at the Ruche! Succulent dishes, each with a beautiful presentation that makes you want to eat. The service is impeccable, efficient, the service team is very professional and takes the time for each table. I highly recommend, you will eat well there, for good value for money and with a nice view of the heights.
