Excellent evening, with very good friends in a very good restaurant which unfortunately I believe will close its doors permanently at the end of the month. It's a shame to see an adventure like this end, because everything was great: As a starter, after the appetizers, half-cooked duck liver, onion jam and beetroot sorbet, followed by excellent lamb from the Ladevèze family and to finish a plate of 4 very well chosen cheeses, all washed down with 'a little natural wine.... So go there before it closes, you won't regret it! And good luck to Cyril Simon the “conductor” in his next adventures.

Over the years this place has lost what it was, we have become accustomed to the Auberge de Bardigues, it is no longer what it was, the welcome is pleasant but we cannot find ourselves in the plate . The foie gras is very good, but the dishes that follow are quite simple. My grandpa was also shocked by the reduced choice of 2 dishes on the menu. The recovery was tough, I know... But I hoped that they recovered better all the same. We wish you good luck.

Came here for lunch on a hot day towards the end of our holiday and it was without a doubt the best meal that we had out. The service was beautifully paced. Nothing was rushed. Our aperitifs arrived before we had to choose any food. Each dish stimulated all of our senses. Most of it looked so beautiful on the plate that we almost didn't want to eat it. Highlights included tiny cherry tomatoes dipped in caramel and sesame seeds, duck foie gras with prune sobet and an onion jam, roast guinea fowl and the most beautiful dessert - a poached peach with raspberry sorbet and an almond cake. Sadly there was a little card on each table announcing that the restaurant is closing at the end of September and wish all concerned every happiness in the future.

Never disappointed. A superb restaurant where the welcome is always warm. Excellent products on the plate. As always, we will be back.
