Auberge de Boffres sur Boffres

We stopped for lunch during a bike ride. It was a very pleasant surprise: cuisine made with fresh ingredients, a small but original menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

A wonderful Heritage Day, a stop for lunch at the Auberge de Boffres... A very pleasant view from the terrace... the meal was very good, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service was perfect... just one small complaint: a few chipped plates.

We came to enjoy a delicious lunch, and we weren't disappointed! The welcome was friendly, the setting was stunning (it was a shame it was raining, but we were very comfortable inside too), and the food was absolutely delicious! We didn't want to finish our plates because we enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend it.

We dined at the inn somewhat by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. Everything was exquisite, flavorful, and seasonal. The service and atmosphere were also very pleasant!

Excellent restaurant! Everything was delicious: the appetizer, the main course (we chose the vegetarian option), and the chocolate dessert (see photo, even though we'd already indulged!). The service was also outstanding! We highly recommend this place!

A delightful discovery at the Auberge de Boffres restaurant this lunchtime. While the proximity to the road and the occasional noise of passing vehicles when dining on the terrace are a bit of a drawback, everything else was simply perfect! The vegetarian dish (zucchini fritters, hummus, fresh goat cheese, and a peach-tomato vinaigrette) was a model of balance, bursting with flavor and texture. For dessert, the chocolate cream with crumble and salted caramel was an absolute delight. Everything is homemade with excellent ingredients, and you can taste the difference in every bite. The service was simple and efficient. If you're seated on the terrace, let your gaze wander over the valley below, enjoying the panoramic view.

A charming inn that operates on a "scoop" system. Beautifully presented dishes, a subtle blend of flavors. Cooked over a wood fire. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

A very good meal in a lovely setting with a view. The restaurant offers excellent vegetarian options that are both flavorful and high-quality (using local produce). It was a pleasure to find this type of service (with a vegetarian option) in such a place.
