A restaurant in a small village in Ardèche ideally located for your bike rides. Accessible by bus from Valencia (45 mins), it’s the perfect place! The cuisine is excellent (there is even a vegetarian menu), the atmosphere is warm and rustic. There is also a wine cellar, delicatessen, bar, post office. It’s the perfect place to eat good local products, with 100% homemade cuisine. When I went there I tried: the lemonade, the trout tartare, pork mignon and the chocolate cream, a delight! Cultural events are organized every Thursday evening and on Sunday evenings wood-fired pizzas are available!

This is the 3rd time I had lunch at the Auberge de Boffres, this time with family, and for the 3rd time it was incredible! Delicious, harmonious flavors and unusual combinations, all perfectly measured. I can only recommend stopping there. The hour drive to get there was completely worth it!
