Auberge de Boffres sur Boffres

Excellent restaurant! Everything was delicious: the appetizer, the main course (we chose the vegetarian option), and the chocolate dessert (see photo, even though we'd already indulged!). The service was also outstanding! We highly recommend this place!

A delightful discovery at the Auberge de Boffres restaurant this lunchtime. While the proximity to the road and the occasional noise of passing vehicles when dining on the terrace are a bit of a drawback, everything else was simply perfect! The vegetarian dish (zucchini fritters, hummus, fresh goat cheese, and a peach-tomato vinaigrette) was a model of balance, bursting with flavor and texture. For dessert, the chocolate cream with crumble and salted caramel was an absolute delight. Everything is homemade with excellent ingredients, and you can taste the difference in every bite. The service was simple and efficient. If you're seated on the terrace, let your gaze wander over the valley below, enjoying the panoramic view.

A very good meal in a lovely setting with a view. The restaurant offers excellent vegetarian options that are both flavorful and high-quality (using local produce). It was a pleasure to find this type of service (with a vegetarian option) in such a place.

A charming inn that operates on a "scoop" system. Beautifully presented dishes, a subtle blend of flavors. Cooked over a wood fire. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

A lovely place in a small, authentic village at the gateway to the Ardèche.

I invite you to discover their menu; you'll then be pleasantly surprised by the sublime presentation of the various dishes and desserts, prepared by a chef I don't know. I doubt you won't be pleasantly surprised. Oh, and I almost forgot, the little red wine from the Ardèche region...
