Warm welcome. At my request I was allowed to have my room earlier so that I could visit Gordes in the afternoon. I was hiking. I was able to leave my backpack and go to Gordes. Thank you so much.

Discovery of Gordes and its surroundings during a weekend. This stone bastide is very pleasant and perfectly maintained. Comfortable room with balcony, beautiful heated swimming pool, quality restaurant on the terrace allowing us to enjoy a magnificent sunset over Gordes. Lovely staff.

Carcarille is a real gem, a family business that has been perpetuating its know-how for decades. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and courtesy that immediately put us at ease. The team, driven by a passion for hospitality, demonstrates sincere attention and rare kindness, adding a personal touch to the experience. The dishes, prepared with meticulous care, are a real delight. Each bite reveals the chef's expertise, with perfectly balanced flavors and products of exceptional quality. The setting, for its part, is just as charming: welcoming, elegant, with an atmosphere that invites relaxation. The terrace is a major asset of Carcarille. Spacious and nicely furnished, it offers an ideal setting for enjoying an outdoor meal, surrounded by greenery and calm. I returned to Carcarille after more than five years, and I am delighted to see that the quality has remained unchanged, if not further improved. An address not to be missed for an unforgettable culinary moment!

La terrasse de ce restaurant est magnifique et nous avons très bien mangé. Nous avons cependant beaucoup attendu entre chaque service.

Très bel établissement au pied du village de Gordes. Belle terrasse sobre et classe. Le personnel est sobre mais efficace. La formule plat plus entrée est très correct vu les plats travaillés et goûteux. Bravo pour les raviolis à la langoustine c'est excellent. Le filet de bœuf un peu trop cuit par rapport à la commande. Ma lotte très bon mais un peu trop de mélange de saveurs dans l'accompagnement. Une remarque que je fais souvent dans les restaurants : le vin au verre on pourrait en mettre un peu plus ...sinon très belle adresse.
