While visiting the fortified churches of Thiérache, we discovered this charming inn where we enjoyed an excellent meal. The dishes are exquisitely prepared with seasonal produce, and the wine list is impressive... We will gladly return on our next visit to the region!
Congratulations to Evelyne for her special Valentine's Day menu for 2026. Excellent as always. And let's not forget Didier, our favorite sommelier, whom we greatly appreciate for his kindness and humor. Regional products are always showcased beautifully.
