In its category - straightforward dining - this would be hard to beat. The service was top notch. ‘Please give us a few more minutes to read the menu’ and that’s what we got whilst our drinks order was delivered by return. Whilst the set menus and à la carte looked interesting, we opted for the daily menu. Nothing clever in the options but all well presented and good to eat. Highly recommended. The one thing that confused us - and although the place was small there were a fair number of tables occupied for mid week - was that we were wished ‘good night’ by most tables. We would like to think it was because we spoke French to the staff!

Mercredi 11/09/2024 midi. Restau au cadre élégant. Service efficace. Cuisine généreuse et délicieuse : le tout pour 23€ (entrée / plat / dessert, c'est un très bon rapport Qualité / Prix.

19/11/2025: A truly excellent culinary experience. The dish was succulent, flavorful, and generous (salmon risotto), and the caramel mille-feuille was just the right amount of sweet. Everything was perfect. I don't live in Abbeville, but I will definitely be back.
01/11/2025: No complaints about the quality of the food and ingredients; we enjoy it every time. However, a major drawback was the wait time: an hour for two people to get their food when arriving at the beginning of service. It's a real shame because the food itself is very good.
