Every year I stay at Halteben when going on holiday. Always satisfied, but it's best to book in advance.

Pleasantly surprised by this unexpected stop. A beautiful place steeped in the establishment's history. A short break on the road that's well worth the detour.

Good meal, no wait. Excellent fish. Strawberry tart was amazing.

Busy restaurant. Food was good. Waiting staff were helpful. We had no reservation but they fitted us in on a very hot day.

Excellent restaurant. They offer a set menu for €17.50 during the week, including a starter, main course, and dessert. There are three choices for each course, with simple but tasty cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant.

In a lovely, simple setting, we appreciated the warm welcome, the service, the decor with its enormous bouquet of colorful roses, and the refined dishes made with fresh, garden-grown produce, such as the asparagus Charlotte adorned with flowers. The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented with a variety of vegetables. The service was prompt. The extra touches: an aperitif with two amuse-bouches, and a rose given to each woman for Mother's Day. What a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend this restaurant. We will gladly return.

Typical French old fashion restaurant. Simple but pleasant food.

We wanted a quick lunch, and it was. The food was good and well-presented. However, one of the two waitresses was really unpleasant and rude, so we didn't order a full meal, just a starter. It's a real shame for this establishment, which is otherwise worth a visit.

Passing through the area, I stopped for lunch without knowing the place. As a salesman, I eat out a lot. Here, the value for money is unbeatable. I'll be back and I highly recommend it. It's great that we still have a few restaurants like yours! 👏👏👏

We found this inn on our way back from a weekend getaway. We noted many homemade dishes (foie gras, duck confit, sorbets, all the desserts, etc.), mostly using local products. The only slight drawback was that the beef portion wasn't very large. The portions were generally sufficient, but if you're very hungry, it might be a bit light. However, you can easily finish off your meal with a delicious dessert! The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean!
