I cycled over after being turned away from the "Arena" bar in Essarts-le-Roi (I definitely don't recommend this place), but at the hostel, the owner was incredibly kind and gave me fresh bottled water! I recommend it.

I can only give a thumbs up to the restaurant: excellent cuisine! Refined dishes made with simple, fresh ingredients. The quality of the ingredients and the quality of the food were superb; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was also excellent, provided by waiters who clearly knew their products inside and out. And the view from the terrace was very relaxing.

Overall, a very pleasant dinner enjoyed on their lovely sunny terrace overlooking the countryside.
You can tell the restaurant staff do everything to ensure you have a wonderful time.

Living in the area

What a wonderful discovery! A magnificent view from the terrace and a delicious meal at a reasonable price. A culinary show as a bonus! (flambéed pasta cooked in a millstone). We had a truly memorable time. We'll be back. Perfect for a romantic meal.

A magnificent inn in this charming little village, at the gateway to the Chevreuse Valley and near Rambouillet. The rooms are tastefully designed and decorated. We loved it!
