Thank you to the chef and his entire team. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend L'Auberge de la Truite; it's a real treat and a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time at this inn during the week. The welcome was warm, the food was good quality, and the presentation was very elegant. The only slight drawback was that we would have appreciated a few small biscuits to nibble on with our aperitif. Highly recommended.
We didn't go to this restaurant ourselves, but unfortunately we went for our friend's 60th birthday. The service was impeccable, and the meal was well presented. They were simply the caterer for the birthday celebration.
