A delightful interlude! A truly wonderful discovery, quite by chance. The tasting menu was perfect in every way and so reasonably priced. The cuisine was flavorful, made with excellent ingredients. The starter was enhanced with a drizzle of fragrant olive oil and a light yet incredibly aromatic tomato coulis, right down to the tomatoes on my filet mignon and the mashed potatoes with their subtle touch of olive oil. Everything was homemade, right down to the dessert, all for just under €37, including aperitif and cheese – it's hard to beat that. To accompany it all, a delightful little house gem of a Vaqueyras wine. Served with kindness and professionalism under the plane trees, accompanied by an equally enthusiastic chorus of cicadas. Bravo! I eagerly await our next visit. I'll be delighted to sing the praises of this wonderful interlude while driving my taxi – I was absolutely enchanted! JP
