My first visit to this small, simple, and welcoming restaurant was a delight. Everything is homemade, and it shows! The place has a strong ethical commitment and works with local producers. This deserves to be supported! And on top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly.

We've been stopping in Nouaile for years, Initially for the convenient parking opposite the abbey. Today we discovered the inn. And wow! It's a really lovely place. The cuisine is refined, inventive, and of course, excellent. This inn will definitely be in the Gault & Millau guide one day. It's worth the trip alone.
