We spent a good evening, by a nice little fire.
Very nice and pleasant restaurant, good atmosphere in a warm setting.
We started with a complimentary appetizer based on salmon and satay sauce, a treat.
Then we had the gravlax salmon and the sea casserole as a starter, also very good and well served.
Then we continued with the suggestions of the day: salmon fillet with chorizo sauce + creamy risotto + seasonal vegetables and for my part the rossini-style piece of bouché + fries.
We ultimately ate very well, the price may seem a little excessive but the food is carefully prepared and the products are of high quality, so it's not shocking at all.
We will come back without problem.

Second visit to the Auberge de l'écureuil always delighted with a "special surprise" menu at the discretion of the cook from starter to dessert.
SUPEEEERRRR
A feast for the eyes and taste buds.
If you like discovery I recommend this menu.

Un décor à l'ancienne, une table soignée, un accueil souriant, et un menu en semaine particulièrement sympathique, abondant et même original (avec entrée + plat + fromage ou dessert + 1/4 de vin + café) pour le prix exorbitant de... 23 €. Qui dit mieux ?
Ce fut une très bonne surprise, que nous comptons bien renouveler.

Excellent setting, very good quality dishes, both sweet and savory, free ham and melon appetizer which is very rare these days! The prices are quite high but the restaurant was very patient with us, we had a great time.
