Auberge de L'étampage sur Marais-Vernier

A wonderful discovery! Everything was exquisite and delicious. The chocolate tart was divine, and the fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The view is lovely; I'll definitely be back.

We went for Mother's Day; the set menu was perfect, but the only downside, considering the price, was the coffee served in a paper cup – a real shame. A little sprucing up of the terrace would be a plus, especially since the setting is ideal. The staff and owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Beautiful Norman setting. The set menu was €26 and very good. The owners and waitresses were very welcoming, even though the restaurant was full on Saturday lunchtime. Large parking lot. Dogs are welcome. I highly recommend this establishment.

A beautiful spot with an exceptional view of the Marais Vernier. We received a very warm welcome, and the dishes we ordered were excellent. One small comment about the coffee: I would have preferred a cup rather than a small cardboard one... for me, proper tableware is part of the pleasure of dining out, otherwise, you might as well go to Mr. Do's! 🤗 Otherwise, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the food was good, the prices were reasonable, and the setting was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Pleasant welcome and excellent cuisine...

A wonderful discovery at the Auberge de l’Étampage. The restaurant was taken over by a lovely family in October, and this is immediately apparent in the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. We dined on the terrace and had a very pleasant time. It's a true family affair: the father is in the kitchen and attentively oversees the smooth running of the service, regularly glancing out the window with a huge smile when you catch his eye. The mother and their young daughter handle the service; both are welcoming, smiling, and very pleasant. You can feel a genuine kindness and a sincere desire to please the customers. The dishes were delicious, generous, and served quickly. We particularly appreciated the various side dishes, with several vegetables and a gratin, which added a real touch of class. We were just passing through but left delighted with this discovery. A warm, family-run establishment that we will gladly remember!

In this historic setting, nestled amidst magnificent natural surroundings, the meal was a true delight. The menu offered four or five choices of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The flavors, always refined and delicate, were complemented by a fine selection of wines.
