We were very happy with this hotel and the breakfast. We received a very warm welcome. The hotel is very nice and very clean.

September 27, 2025 Wandering around the Bueil Film Museum, we were greeted with great kindness and warmth. The night was good and the breakfast was gargantuan, mmmm... Very pretty setting and cozy atmosphere...with a magnificent piano...and for the record, Mr. Louis de Funès played this piano, simply MAGICAL! Thank you for sharing this moment. We had a wonderful stay, peaceful and restful nights at the Auberge de l'Etoile/Lodge Étoile. The rooms are very well soundproofed; the absence of noise is very rare in a hotel these days. Our room overlooked the outdoor garden at the back, which features a magnificent magnolia tree. This hotel is very quiet and cozy, and you can enjoy the sounds of nature thanks to the garden. The welcome and service from the receptionists are incredible. They always take great care of you, a plus and essential in a hotel. The continental breakfast is generous and delicious. Thoiry is a beautiful little village, and the hotel is very well located (easy parking) close to Paris, a zoo, castles, and tourist attractions. This accommodation is ideal all year round, whatever the purpose of your visit. In summary, we felt very comfortable at the Lodge Étoile, and we recommend this beautiful hotel without hesitation. It has now become a must-see for our future stays in the region because its employees and management know how to make a difference! THANK YOU to the entire team!
