We love this place. Yet, for years, they've offered the same simple but generous set menus (3 menus at €19/€22/€25 including wine), like the porcini mushroom omelet.
All three menus begin with a charcuterie platter: a jar of rillettes, sausage, and cured ham.
So, once or twice a year, when we travel across France to visit this region, we have lunch at this inn. We'll be back in 2026. The prices haven't changed much, and the omelet is still all-you-can-eat... 😊😊👍

Arriving at the Col de Peyre from Lablachère, the inn boasts a magnificent view. The porcini mushroom omelet is always delicious, the other dishes are of the same high quality, and the welcome is always warm. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely meal. We received a very warm welcome in a beautiful setting with a splendid view. The menu included local charcuterie, a delicious porcini mushroom omelet, a cheese platter, and an excellent chestnut tart. Perfect value for money!
