Given the hundreds of positive reviews we saw on a mobile app used by professional drivers, we made the trip from our home in Minervois to the Auberge de Rodomouls. We weren't disappointed. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the food excellent. The house red wine was good and served at the perfect temperature (red wine should be served slightly chilled; the ambient temperature, especially in our region, is too high for most red wines, as it masks the aromas and accentuates the taste of alcohol). The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely return. The Auberge de Rodomouls is a highly recommended stop between Saint-Chinian and Saint-Pons!

Really nothing to complain about, it's a simple and welcoming place that puts a smile back on your face even when torrential rain is pouring down around you. Which was the case on January 20th.
