Auberge de Saint-Ame sur Saint-Ame

We called 15 minutes before lunchtime closing time and they still accepted us (two people). Upon arrival, the welcome was incredible; the waitresses were super friendly and took the time to explain the menu and the daily special. The menu is varied and all the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. The meat portions surprised us because they were quite generous, and the dessert was AMAZING. From now on, this is the place we'll eat whenever we go hiking in the area 🫶🏼

A wonderful surprise! We were looking for a restaurant in Remiremont and, quite by chance, we wandered around the area since it was Saturday night... and stumbled upon this inn. We called a few minutes before arriving to see if there was room for four people, and a very pleasant person answered and took our reservation. We loved the place, the kindness and good humor of the waitresses and the staff in general, all sporting their little berets, which are the very emblem of the inn. The meal was delicious and homemade. We will definitely return as soon as possible when we are in the area.

We had a very pleasant evening at this restaurant. As I am pregnant, they kindly offered to adjust my dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The staff was attentive, and the chef managed to make my impromptu meal as beautiful as it was delicious. Thank you again! A real gem!

We're from Belgium and visiting the Vosges Mountains... We were looking for a restaurant that could accommodate 10 people. We weren't disappointed; the welcome was excellent from the moment we walked in. Smiles and greetings accompanied us all the way to our table. We had a choice of cocktails and Belgian beers on tap, from lager to wheat beer. The dishes were beautifully presented, the service impeccable—a place I recommend without hesitation. A warm welcome, delicious food; I had a Simmental ribeye steak with fries and morel sauce—it was divine! The waitresses are very friendly. A lovely restaurant with a bright future.
