Auberge de Tesa sur Occhiatana

We spent three nights at the hotel and loved it. The place is quiet and picturesque, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need, especially the very comfortable beds. We also had the chance to try the owner's cooking, which is truly passionate. He serves only typical Corsican dishes, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Plus, it's excellent value for money. Well done, Chef! We'll be back and highly recommend this place.

The best restaurant on the island! Of course, we didn't try them all… but how could anyone resist Henri's cooking, prepared with such passion, generosity, and authenticity? Sincere, refined, and soulful cuisine. Congratulations on this exceptional, warm, and welcoming place, which exudes joie de vivre. Each dish was a true moment of bliss. Even our daughters enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We will gladly return! NB: I cannot comment on the rooms as we did not stay in them.

We didn't have the pleasure of staying at the Auberge de Tesa, but we did have dinner and breakfast there, and they were undoubtedly the best meals we ate during our trip to Corsica! The food was high quality and the welcome was warm. They also offer many vegetarian options :) Don't hesitate to stop by!
