Take the time to stop at this restaurant, it's really worth the detour! Excellent, local produce, well done to the chef, and thank you to his wife for the welcome.

Les Bujoliers This is an exceptional restaurant that you should definitely check out! The cuisine is exquisitely refined, skillfully prepared by the chef, and the portions are particularly generous. The service is impeccable, delivered with great kindness by the owner who takes the time to chat with her guests, instantly creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you feel right at home. The value for money is quite reasonable for such a high standard. Note that the restaurant is opening a location in Saintes soon: it's a truly excellent place, so don't hesitate to go. A remarkable establishment that richly deserves its five stars!

Opinions were divided at our table. Some found the beef on the skewer tender, while others found it quite tough. A limited selection is fine, but refusing to change a side dish for a €30 meal is a bit much. The waitress (probably the owner) struggled to smile... We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for our main course.
