A classic brasserie atmosphere. The owner was very pleasant. Simple but good dishes. Just like in the old days. I had a breaded veal escalope which was enormous and delicious! The salad with foie gras was excellent and very generous.

One of Lauzerte's must-visit spots. They speak English and French, and they get straight to the point. Excellent meat, among other things. You can eat inside, on the terrace, or under the rotunda.

16/03/2026: A lovely little village restaurant, just the way we like them: traditional, simple, and welcoming. The food is delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere is often peaceful, yet lively even during peak hours. Thank you for the wonderful meals and the time spent there. See you very soon!

The welcome, meanwhile, proved lukewarm and out of step with the standards of attention and consideration expected in this type of establishment. Finally, the overall ambiance is more reminiscent of an ordinary café than a culinary destination offering a true gastronomic experience. Overall, the experience leaves a mixed impression, with potential that deserves to be further developed in both the culinary offerings and the hospitality.
