Pleasantly surprised with every dish, I can only encourage everyone to come and savor these carefully crafted flavors. A very warm welcome in a pleasant setting. Thank you to these true restaurateurs who work so hard on flavors and their presentation. My advice: invite your loved ones to this restaurant, or simply enjoy a meal with friends who appreciate fine food. Just get off the A6! And enjoy your meal!

Returning from a short weekend in Chablis, we stopped at this inn.
We weren't disappointed at all; everything was perfect: the staff, the food. Bravo and thank you! The bergamot crème brûlée was a first for us, and served in a boat—a unique touch.

A true roadside inn! You can easily imagine an old coaching inn on the N6, and the atmosphere is definitely there. A large, well-organized, and airy room with a wood-burning stove makes for a truly pleasant place. The €55 meal was excellent, including a superb amuse-bouche. The food was good and very well presented, typical regional cuisine—no big surprises, but it was excellent. The soufflé for dessert was perfectly executed and served with orange ice cream; it was absolutely delicious. The price is a bit high for the quality.
I highly recommend it!

It had been eight years since we last ate at the inn.
The atmosphere was as warm and inviting as ever, and we enjoyed dinner by the fireplace.
The cuisine was as refined and delicious as always, with beautifully presented dishes.
The service was impeccable, discreet, and friendly.
We particularly appreciated being able to chat with the chef after our meal. We'll definitely be back before another eight years.
