A very good restaurant with a magnificent setting; eating on the terrace under the beautiful wisteria is lovely.
We ate very well, thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the portions were generous.
The welcome was very warm.

Hello, a very beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Charente River, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, an excellent meal, impeccable service, we were lucky enough to have a private terrace and, as a bonus, a magnificent sunset ⛅☀️.

Another amazingly good lunch at this restaurant . We have been come yearly when on holiday in the area for over ten years...
The standards and the level of service have remained high.

Good food. The chef was friendly.
But they should have an extra server.
When I paid, I noticed the interior wasn't very well maintained.
However, the exterior is very pleasant.

One cannot help but be charmed by the exquisite dishes, the warm hospitality of the host, and the cozy, jazzy atmosphere. You can choose either the shaded terrace or the upstairs terrace facing the sunset, and spend a delightful moment watching the Charente River flow by. A truly excellent restaurant, thank you and well done!
