Auberge des Lacs Bleus sur Clerac

A very pleasant place for an overnight stay. We had the ground floor room because it was more practical for our small dog, and we really appreciated it. It's spacious, ideal for people with reduced mobility or a couple with one child. A very good self-service breakfast is available. There's a lovely shaded terrace for meals. I recommend it; we'll keep the address for our trips to Bordeaux.

What a great find, right in the shadow of Chateau Fengari. This place is perfectly located if you’re heading up there for a wedding (approx 5 min walk). It has a small shop next to it for essentials like drinks and snacks and also a boulangerie across the car park. The auberge itself has a bar and restaurant and seems like the focal point of the town of Clérac. Allez!

Everything was great, very modern, and the service was excellent. I was worried about the cat, but they explained that he's older and that they're monitoring him with the vet. Thank you for everything and for replying so quickly to my previous message!

One of the best places to eat in the region.

We stayed for three nights at this inn. We were welcomed by the mother and daughter who didn't hesitate to stay past closing time for us. The room was very comfortable, pleasant, and clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous. The owners were always happy to chat with us. The icing on the cake was that dogs were welcome. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was excellent! The area is quiet, which is a definite plus. I highly recommend it.

A quick recap of lunchtime today… What can I say about this restaurant except that we had a wonderful time admiring the beautiful exterior? The service was pleasant, with smiles and good cheer. The speed of service was unprecedented, the presentation was impeccable, the taste divine, the dishes arrived at the perfect temperature, were fresh, and the portions were more than adequate (neither too little nor too much). The thoughtful touch you showed at the end of our meal regarding our support for people with disabilities is further proof of your team's generosity and compassion. Nice little hotel where we were given a room on the ground floor, which was excellent and also very suitable for disabled guests. During our stopover on the way to Spain on a scorching hot weekend, we had access to wonderful air conditioning in a beautiful modern room that also featured a mini-fridge as well as a kettle. Great breakfast with delicious rolls and croissants. Dinner on the terrace in front of our room was also perfectly fine.
