Auberge des Lavandieres sur Bergheim

The owner gave us an unpleasant welcome. There were five of us, and we ordered food. One of us didn't want a drink, but he was told that to get a carafe of water, he had to order a paid beverage. If someone else doesn't want to order anything, they're charged €6.50. The other waitresses, however, were friendly, and the food was decent but quite expensive.

A very nice restaurant with excellent service. The ingredients are fresh and the cooking is perfect. There's a terrace and it's located in a pretty little village. I highly recommend it.

Friendly owners, woman serving, husband/husband in the kitchen. Had a delicious meal, drank tasty regional wines, and also a good red Mercury.

Tourist shop, but the food is decent. Numerous traditional Alsatian dishes. The tarte flambée was a bit disappointing, as it was (apparently) made with pre-made dough rather than homemade. Excellent salad dressing. Well-coordinated service, quick and professional. Friendly to boot. Good value for money.

This restaurant is a real find in Bergheim! Everything, from the dishes to the desserts, is homemade, and it shows in every bite, bursting with flavor. It's a welcome change from traditional restaurants that all offer the same thing, sometimes with exorbitant prices. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend the wild boar stew, which is incredibly flavorful and full of taste, served with vegetables, and the blueberry and raspberry gratin with a scoop of ice cream... absolutely divine! I sincerely recommend this restaurant, located in the heart of Bergheim, with its lovely terrace.

I stopped there alone on my motorbike this Sunday at lunchtime. A little treat: a 12°C of snails accompanied by a glass of Pinot Noir 🍷 and a cappuccino with whipped cream to finish. The snails 🐌 were delicious and well-prepared with plenty of bread 😋👍 In short, a pleasant little break with an equally pleasant waitress 😊
