A beautifully renovated old castle, with a wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff, and excellent food! The rooms are very well-maintained.

We stayed there in November, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel: a well-designed (prestige) and very clean room, excellent service with attentive and professional owners, competent staff, and superb food! We always find flaws or shortcomings in the hotels we stay in, but not here!

We had already stayed at this establishment 3 years ago and had excellent memories of it. We returned from November 15th to 16th this year and had a short but fantastic stay in every way: the welcome, the room, the restaurant. This couple is extremely professional and friendly. Passing through for work and looking for a quiet hotel, I was completely delighted with a superb tasteful renovation, a cuisine made with fresh produce and an ideal location in nature but close to surrounding towns.

We just spent 3 days at this establishment. It truly is an exceptional service. Spacious rooms and a delicious restaurant. The welcome is unfailingly pleasant, smiling, and always accommodating. You will also find a store selling local products, and we have loaded the car. We will definitely return to continue exploring the Ardèche.

I discovered this place more than 10 years ago and the change of the establishment is more and more pleasant. The chef's food, the service and the welcome from Madame and the waitresses/waiters are always pleasant and attentive. The menus are very good, the choice is very fresh and the spirit of making local products pleases me enormously. The rooms are very comfortable and relaxing (I think I slept there in 3 quarters), the Spa and swimming pool side in the summer very relaxing. A real pleasure in Ardèche after a good day of work. I also recommend a little visit to their shop and to take the chef's caillettes (exceptional)🤫🤫🤫

We spent a night in this exceptional place. Everything is magnificent: the room, the exterior with the large pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and all the terraces. The evening meal was exquisite 😋😋😋😋 The owners are so kind and attentive. We loved it 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
