We stayed here in August 2019 and enjoyed a good meal, but the prices were a bit high. While the setting is indeed exceptional, the road running above and below the inn somewhat detracts from the ambiance.
Perhaps a more affordable menu would be a good idea. The large dog wandering from table to table or standing in the middle of the walkway wasn't very hygienic. The owner and waitress were very friendly.
Very average. Very expensive for the quality of the meal. Tasty meats. Greasy, undercooked fries. Baked Alaska full of ice cream chunks. Black Forest cake from the day before, or even earlier (very dry pastry). Desserts not homemade at all.
Expect to pay €100 per person for a starter, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine. Wine by the glass is overpriced. How can a glass of St. Joseph cost €18?
Otherwise, the setting and decor are pleasant.
Friendly welcome, fairly good quality food (except for the side vegetables which are closer to those offered in a canteen) but the bill adds up very, very quickly.
A fantastic Valentine's Day meal; everything was delicious from start to finish. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the dishes. Special mention to the staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and attentive.
We will definitely be back!
A very nice place, the waitress was lovely despite some rude customers, the food was excellent and the chef isn't afraid to give tours of his kitchen 🙏👨🍳
