One of the best restaurants in Geneva , order the chicken with salt crust in advance ! It’s superb

I very rarely leave reviews, but I was disappointed by this experience. The food was good, but I expected more flavorful, original, and expertly prepared dishes. I've eaten at much simpler establishments where you could taste more creativity and personality on the plate. The service also left me wanting more: plates were placed down hastily, cutlery was dropped, and dishes weren't announced... These are small details, but they contribute to the overall experience. Thankfully, we still had a good time as a family. I'm simply sharing my honest opinion because I expected a more memorable experience.

Very good and the staff were lovely

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at L’Auberge d’Hermance. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and incredibly charming. One of the highlights of the evening was the spectacular presentation of the signature dishes prepared in a salt crust. Watching the staff crack open the salt crust tableside was a memorable experience in itself. The salt-crusted chicken was exceptionally tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, while the fish was equally impressive—delicate, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and cooked with great attention to detail. The beef was perfectly cooked with a rich, delicious sauce, and the vegetables were fresh and complemented the main courses perfectly. The service was outstanding throughout the evening. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. The beautiful garden setting and peaceful ambiance make this restaurant the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. Every detail reflects quality and passion for fine dining. Without question, this is one of the finest restaurants in the Geneva area. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend ordering the famous salt-crusted chicken—it truly lives up to its reputation.

It's quite expensive, but quality comes at a price.

I tried their salty chicken not in the restaurant. It was so tasty especially with their rice and white sauce. This place is highly recommended to try something special. We went with high expectations but left disappointed as the food was nothing special, overpriced and underserved in terms of portions. On the other hand service was excellent and atmosphere cosy and charming.

The welcome and service were absolutely exceptional. The dinner was sublime; the salt-crusted chicken is definitely worth the trip.
