06/09/2026: An ideal spot and setting for a lunch break. The small terrace is perfectly adequate for enjoying the mountain and natural scenery. The food is very good; the use of local produce is evident in every bite. And a bonus point for the two very welcoming people, who I believe are the owners.

03/05/2026: Dinner for two at the Auberge du Bois Prin restaurant. Peaceful setting, a little removed from the center of Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Excellent cuisine featuring local and seasonal products with just the right flavors. Attentive service. All in all, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

We were lucky enough to have Jelena as our instructor. Thank you to her for her smile, her encouragement, and the calming atmosphere she created!

Everything is perfect: the setting with a lovely terrace and a beautiful mountain view; the originality and explosion of flavors; the price: excellent value for money; and the service, with explanations of the dishes delivered with a smile. 29/08/2026: Truly lovely spot! We came here for dinner to celebrate our friend’s birthday. I heard about the auberge from my hair stylist in town and decided to give it a try for this special event based on her raving reviews. We were not disappointed! The cuisine is excellent - well considered and beautifully presented. Lovely service from everyone - this is a family-run restaurant and it’s clear that each member of the team is putting their heart and soul into what they do. We sat on the terrace, which I would recommend unless the weather doesn’t permit. Lovely scenic views enhanced the meal. We are planning to return for a lazy afternoon lunch next week!
