You can feel the passion that drives the team. The concept of sharing plates is original and very well thought out. The setting is very pleasant, and the value for money is excellent. The only downside is that the desserts aren't up to par. Anyone who cooks a little makes better chocolate mousse and panna cotta.

First, the setting: a quiet, unspoiled village just a stone's throw from Annecy, a well-located establishment, a peaceful atmosphere that invites you to unwind. It's beautiful. But it's at the table that you understand why this place is worth the detour. The cuisine is remarkably refined. The starters are crafted with a delicacy rarely encountered: clean flavors, high-quality ingredients, nothing superfluous. The main courses follow with the same precision: perfectly cooked, sauces with a depth you thought was reserved for the finest restaurants. And the desserts, to top it all off, are so light and elegant that you almost forget you've already had a wonderful meal. The grandchildren were delighted. We were even more so. It's one of the finest restaurants in Haute-Savoie. A reputable establishment, meticulously maintained, which we recommend without the slightest reservation.

23/03/2026: A lovely stay at the Auberge du Bois Prin. The hotel is close to the town center and the Brévent cable car, yet peaceful, making it truly ideal. There's a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles de Chamonix. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was very good, with welcoming and friendly staff. The only slight drawback was the noise from the restaurant when staying in one of the ground-floor suites, but the restaurant closes early, so the noise level remains reasonable.

The cuisine is exquisitely refined, showcasing local produce with incredible creativity (special mention for the precise cooking and the perfect balance of flavors). The welcome is warm and the service impeccable: professional, with excellent wine pairing recommendations. The chalet setting adds a touch of Savoyard authenticity, making the meal even more enjoyable. For me, it's the best restaurant in the Aravis region. The Bib Gourmand is richly deserved, and the value for money is unbeatable for such a high-quality experience. Its success is well-deserved! A huge thank you to the entire team.
