It was delicious, refined, and elegant. The fish and meat dishes were a delight, and the desserts were wonderful. All of this was accompanied by a very good natural wine.

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant was a warm welcome, the dining room pleasant and comfortable, the cuisine precise, relevant, and bold, based on local, seasonal produce. The truffle menu is exceptional from start to finish, the wines are reasonably priced, and the focus on local ingredients is a definite plus. A truly excellent gastronomic experience to discover, with a talented young chef, an ever-present owner who takes care of every detail, and a very friendly and smiling young waitress, Carla. We will gladly return.

I have rarely experienced such a level of excellence.
The New Year's Day menu was a veritable feast, a festival, a firework display of flavors with original combinations, all while respecting familiar elements.
The impeccable service, delivered with genuine warmth and friendliness, was equally impressive.
With all these qualities, the team could easily rest on its laurels, but quite the opposite was true. A chef who goes into the dining room to observe service and learn how things work "on the other side" demonstrates a real willingness to learn and a great open-mindedness. It's very intelligent and will be of great interest to future guests, who will undoubtedly benefit from the experience.

This inn offers an excellent and inventive gourmet menu, such as the chocolate and parsnip dessert. We opted for the "cellar menu," which included a chocolate foie gras appetizer, beef tournedos, and this dessert, as beautiful as it was delicious. Having a hearty appetite, I also ordered a generous and beautiful cheese plate, which was excellent! The decor is very well done, understated and tasteful, and my daughter's allergies were well accommodated. However, the location is a bit remote, and the service was provided by a young, inexperienced woman. We didn't stay in the rooms, so we can't rate them. A wonderful discovery; we'll be back!
