The cold soup with melon was an excellent start. Next I had the cod, followed by the souffle, both excellent. My son gave the mint sorbet with berry pastry two big thumbs up!

Slow service, the dishes come one after the other much too quickly even if the service is correct. We didn't really enjoy it, although we are used to gourmet restaurants and relaxation was not in order. It started pretty well but the dishes gradually declined despite the beautiful presentation. The combination of flavors was original but extremely salty or much too sweet to the point of completely masking the duck, what a shame. There was a serious problem with the salt and sugar balance. Perhaps it is good to review this so as not to distort the raw material of the dish. On the other hand, the pear soufflé was subtle and very good. Too bad for the rest we were disappointed with the service offered such as offering us a cod fillet and serving us desalinated cod. It would have been good to notify us at the time of ordering.

A great stopover in this inn with a lot of charm. We had room number 3 which has a beautiful terrace where you can admire the surroundings. Caring, pleasant and smiling staff. What can we say about the succulent breakfast with local products, pastries served hot, and all served on elegant tableware. We don't hesitate to book at the Auberge du Cellier

It is a charming place…the room is simple but with everything you need to spend a comfortable night, it has few rooms. The place where it is located has beautiful views from its terrace! But above all things, take advantage of it for a lunch or dinner with the chef, a luxury! It is also worth highlighting the breakfast and the staff who are attentive to everything. It was very easy to communicate because the person who attended us spoke perfect Spanish, which is appreciated for better communication! I hope to return next year!

Excellent restaurant nestled in the heart of the village of Montner Seasonal, inventive and tasty cuisine, beautiful and generous plates. Professional and smiling service. Beautiful wine list 🍷 You can even sleep there if you live far from the restaurant... and the breakfast is also worth a visit! Congratulations to Pierre Louis Marin and his team for this beautiful weekend 🙏

L'accueil est impecable, la véranda est agréable, quant au menu à base de langoustines, pour moi, c'était excellent; mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'autre choix pour ceux qui ne se régalent pas avec des langoustines à toutes les sauces. Quant au parking, c'est quand même la galère.

Vous aimez les Nephrops norvegicus ? Les Bretons les appellent « l’or rose ». Si c’est le cas rendez-vous à Montner à l’auberge du Cellier où un chef fort talentueux a concocté un menu Langoustines qui vaut le détour . En ceviche, les queues de langoustines flirtent avec l’asperge blanche, cachée sous une raviole, elle ose batifoler avec du foie gras poêlé, mieux encore : comme sur la photo, on les voit cuites à la flamme, mariées avec morilles et artichauts. Jus de viande, espumas sont là, tour à tour, pour sublimer ces crustacés à la chair légère, corsée et iodée. Monsieur Bocuse disait que la cuisine, c’est quand les choses ont de la saveur. Mission remplie avec ce menu de l’Auberge du Cellier.
