This gourmet restaurant is a truly wonderful discovery. The setting is relaxing, the cuisine refined and delicious. The service is very professional, and the chef is not only incredibly talented but also very welcoming. I highly recommend it.

A warm welcome, impeccable service with attentive staff who offer invaluable advice, especially regarding wine selection. And of course, refined cuisine that tells a story, with tastes and flavors judiciously chosen and just the right touch of daring. I highly recommend it to lovers of truly exceptional cuisine!

We celebrated a birthday on April 4th with a seven-course tasting menu (five wine pairings). Each dish showcased a masterful exploration of textures and flavors, which was a hit with everyone at the table. The professionalism and attentiveness of the Chef and the service team were outstanding throughout the day. We also appreciated having a private dining room, which was perfect for our group of 11. We highly recommend this restaurant!

A superb lunch for four on April 2nd, 2026. Everything was remarkable: the setting and decor of the dining room, the excellent service, and the menu, a true work of art prepared by the chef. In short, a moment we all loved 5/5 without the slightest hesitation! Bravo and thank you again.

We had a wonderful evening at the Auberge du Champs de Mars. We had booked based on a friend's recommendation. We hadn't realized that the restaurant was located along the N3 highway opposite a gas station: not very glamorous or romantic upon arrival. But this minor disappointment was completely forgotten thanks to the warm welcome, the impeccable and very quick service, the large, cloth napkins, and the chef's "surprise" menu. We chose the seven-course menu with wine pairings (three glasses). They were very attentive to my gluten intolerance (which I mentioned when booking). The menu changes according to the chef's inspiration, who sources his ingredients from local producers (the market gardener is just 800 meters from the restaurant!). Here are our dishes: amuse-bouches with aperitifs (scallops, smoked sardines), two starters (onsen egg "cooked in a Japanese bath," and a surf-and-turf foie gras "a childhood memory of the chef," very nice), two exceptional main courses (lobster with candied asparagus, and sweetbreads with morels), cheese (three cooked Brie de Meaux: very original and a delight), two excellent desserts (red berries with chocolate-hazelnut ice cream and vanilla-hazelnut sabayon, followed by a strawberry-vanilla macaron), and then two petit fours (also excellent). The service is quick and seamless, and the staff is incredibly attentive. We chose to trust the chef's choices completely, but everything can be adapted to our preferences (for example, we were asked if we wanted to try the sweetbreads; otherwise, another meat would have been offered). Go without hesitation; the inn is in the Michelin Guide (a benchmark).

A Christmas gift from the children, I was a little disappointed with the meal; it lacked seasoning, in my opinion. The wine pairing was quite nice, though, and the place is very pretty, even if the tables were missing tablecloths. I wasn't won over; it lacked that little something extra that makes all the difference.

It was a real pleasure to have lunch at this restaurant! Everything is meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious, from the aperitif to the dessert, using top-quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the chicken with morels, which was simply sumptuous (and that's no exaggeration). A big thank you also to the waitress for her warm welcome and professionalism. She knows the dishes perfectly and was able to answer all our questions down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this restaurant! In my opinion, a Michelin star is clearly the next goal for this establishment!
