Excellent cuisine made with quality ingredients. The setting is calm and relaxing. The service is impeccable, and at the end of the meal we had the opportunity to speak with the chef. A great place to eat in Meaux.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance in the Michelin Guide. The ambiance alone captivated us immediately: the blend of the historic building and the modern decor is truly exceptional. The three of us enjoyed the seven-course tasting menu, and the food was absolutely superb. All the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the courses built beautifully upon one another. It was classic French cuisine, but with modern twists and stunning presentation. The wine pairings were also a wonderful complement. The service was incredibly attentive. Even though we don't speak French, there were absolutely no problems: every dish was explained to us perfectly in English. The value for money was excellent – ​​incomparable to similar restaurants back home in Germany. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates fine dining.
