Very good restaurant, tasty dishes and pleasant service

A real pearl hidden in the Rambouillet forest. This place was recommended to us by the president of the Club Epicure Versailles. When we asked him for recommendations on fine dining restaurants in the area. And he wasn't wrong. There is a small, high quality wine shop and a small hotel connected to the restaurant. The place therefore offers the possibility of spending a real gourmet evening, unfortunately we were here at midday to celebrate my wife's birthday. The menu features classic dishes using local ingredients. In honor of the celebration, we had a bottle of champagne which was served with great elegance, with my wife in mind. We also had the recommended glass of red wine to accompany the steak. What a harmony of flavors. For dessert we had a cheese plate with really sophisticated flavors and aromas and red wine. The service was discreet and we felt welcome. During dinner, the chef himself came to greet our table and we received compliments at the right address. Luckily we live nearby, we will come back here for dinner.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at this inn last Thursday with friends, what a great discovery! Less than 20 minutes from Versailles, a warm welcome, in an authentic setting, very refined cuisine, elaborate dishes and a magnificent cellar with very affordable wines. I highly recommend this hostel which made me want to discover the hotel.

Very correct establishment. We did not benefit from the restaurant which offers a nice menu because we were only passing through; the staff and management are very welcoming, the rooms clean, parking nearby, in short, nothing to complain about. Just a small downside on the proximity of the church with the bell which rings (too much 😄) early on Sunday morning but it is also what gives the charm of the small village which hosts this very quiet establishment.

While looking for a restaurant that would please Madame, I came across this very well-rated gourmet restaurant. This rating, which is also well deserved, is due to very specific choices. Quality products, combined with very good service, this restaurant has nothing to envy of that in the capital. Charming decoration and a warm welcome. Everyone made this moment a great satisfaction. A treat both in dishes and drinks. A big thank you and a big congratulations to the entire team at L’Auberge du Chasseur.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l 'hotel. C'est bien, mais avec tarif pratiqué il faut que la literie soit en 160 cms , qu 'il y est la climatisation dans chaque chambre , que le pommeau de douche soit plus grand . Et que la déco murale soit présente ou alors retirer le crochet . A aussi les poussières n était pas faites. Quand tout cela sera en place nous y retournerons et resterons le restaurant. Et le parking?

Cozy, cocooning restaurant, a cozy and calm atmosphere. Very good original bistronomic cuisine, elaborate and tasty. Attentive, discreet and professional service. In short, a very good address that I recommend without hesitation.

C'est toujours un endroit toujours très agréable mais la formule a changé et les plats sont plus sophistiqués. Les prix sont dorénavant conséquents et parisiens. C'est un choix !
