Auberge du Conte sur Hagetmau

A warm and inviting atmosphere pervades this restaurant, with its large fireplace lit in winter and a lovely terrace out back in summer. Choose from a three-course set menu for €16, or, for the second seating in November, the "wood pigeon" menu! An excellent garbure (cabbage and bean soup) starter, followed by a cep mushroom omelet, wood pigeon cooked in front of you over the fireplace, cheese with jam, and dessert, all for €40. It's delicious, fresh, and served with a smile.
