20/20 Special menu “pigeon with capuchin”. French Ham and Vegetable Stew Mushroom omelette Pigeon cooked with capuchin in the fireplace Salad Pyrenees sheep For Apple Pie House red wine (Tursan delicious and adapted to the menu) A fantastic experience! Well done to the chef and thank you to the waitresses!!

14/03/2024: What a disappointment the cuisine is very ordinary product of average quality, rooms not visited, worthy of a good backpacker certainly not a Michelin what a shame
