Very good cuisine, beautiful decoration, very pleasant service.
2 small downsides, the wait between dishes is quite long and as there is no light coming from outside, when you go there at midday, it feels like evening.
But, as a result, it gives a little romantic dinner atmosphere.
I didn't remove any stars, because I think these are personal opinions.

We enjoyed our visit to L’auberge du Froehn, various very correct menus with the possibility of food and wine pairing, very pleasant service, it was a great discovery that we warmly recommend.

A restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, the treasure is inside. Warm restaurant, tasty cuisine and good welcome.
Prices are average for the sector.

Excellent meal full of flavors (thanks to the cook), pleasant service (thanks to the lady who served us), and careful and cocooning decoration, perfect for a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. We had a great time!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Auberge du Froehn restaurant. Very nice atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairings. Great dishes, great taste and there were matching regional wines. Since we lived in the neighboring town, the chef offered to take us to the hotel, but we had already booked a taxi in advance. Very courteous, nice gesture.

L'auberge du Froehn est située dans un ancien caveau vigneron à l'entrée du village , l'endroit est sympa et décoré à l'Alsacienne . L'accueil est sympathique . La carte est restreinte mais c'est un gage de qualité et de plats faits maison . Les assiettes sont bien garnies . Les prix sont un peu chers mais nous avons remarqué qu'ils sont semblables dans toute l'Alsace , la région toute entière est devenue chère .

This was even better than expected - one of the best meals I've ever had in France. We had the degustation menu and it was superb. Make your booking asap as it isn't a large place. Incredibly there seemed only one person in the kitchen so the whole evening took about 2.5 hours but the first amuse bouche came very quickly, and the courses well paced after that.
