Great discovery on a Sunday evening, excellent daily menu with delicious organic wine. Very warm welcome by the boss and his partner. Hostel to recommend.

Nice hosts who speak English, clean room, French breakfast ;), great surroundings, delicious beer 🍻 With high expectations of French cuisine, we were disappointed; there was rather tasty, Italian-style food, which was perhaps due to the occupancy and the (non-)season.

Great address to know in Trieves. Very pleasant welcome, top boss, homemade food, quality and quantity. The rooms are very pleasant, including top-notch bedding. Came for a motorcycle course in the area, I can only recommend this address for a coffee, a beer, a meal or the night. I will definitely come back!

A good place to stay for those looking for calm and conviviality. A cuisine made only with seasonal products, nothing industrial or frozen. A manager who takes care of everyone, creating a warm atmosphere. Don't hesitate to ask him about walks in the area, hiking or climbing. No television in the rooms. That's not the concept. An address to do!

We were welcomed very friendly. The rooms are very clean and modernly equipped. The dinner we ate in the dining room was exquisite. There was more than enough for breakfast. Everything was super delicious 😋 This auberge was an absolute stroke of luck. Many thanks to the owner, we would love to come back.

23/10/2023: Ayant traversé de nombreuses fois la vallée du Buech dans les deux sens en voiture, nous l'avons découvert d'une autre manière cette fois car nous étions en camping-car ; étant en hauteur dans la cabine , tous les paysages étaient différents et donnaient envie à chaque fois de s'arrêter pour contempler et profiter de toutes ces magnifiques vues au couleurs d'automne.
29/08/2023: 1100 altitude. Très belle vue sur les montagnes.
