By far the best traditional restaurant in Rambouillet. The dishes are subtly prepared with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The value for money is excellent. In the dining room, the waiters, who have been the same for at least ten years, are agile, efficient, and incredibly pleasant. The owner is just like everyone else. I highly recommend it. I also recommend making a reservation.

Lunch for two. Refined cuisine from start to finish, and a very good wine selection. I recommend the tuna Rossini, an original and very successful combination. My wife had a vegetarian dish, which was delicious. Efficient service. Well-spaced tables. Pleasantly calm atmosphere.

We came from Aulnay-sous-Bois, an hour and a half away, but we certainly didn't regret the distance. A very good, refined meal. Very friendly staff. An address to keep in mind. We will be back.

This was our first time at this establishment. We found the address randomly online, and I'm so glad we did. The decor is pleasant and clean, the service was efficient, and the food was delicious. There were five of us, and my guests and I left very satisfied. We didn't regret driving an hour to discover this place. I will definitely be back.

26/05/2026: I was away from home for a week of training and stayed in this very pleasant and quiet hotel. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was very complete, and the restaurant dishes were very good. I highly recommend it.

Le Manège à Crèpes

17/08/2026: Excellent crepes with homemade batter, which is rare these days. Very fast service. And a super welcoming owner. A great place to eat.
