We came to spend Valentine's Day at Mas de Daumet without knowing anything about the establishment, and we're so glad we discovered it! A warm atmosphere under a vaulted ceiling, appropriate decor, an efficient, relaxed, and pleasant waiter—we were already off to a great start for a wonderful evening! But what can we say about the meal itself?! A delicious cocktail of the day, flavorful amuse-bouches that whetted our appetites, two mouthwatering starters, perfectly cooked duck tournedos with superb accompaniments, and to finish on a delightful and original note with a chocolate rose, its sorbet, and its compote!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end; not a single flaw, and a truly successful Valentine's Day! Thank you to the Auberge team, both in the dining room and the kitchen, for this fantastic evening! We'll be back!

We were greeted by very friendly and welcoming people. The setting, with the terrace overlooking the valley, is exceptional. It's a shame the season wasn't right for lunch on the terrace. The cuisine is refined and delicious.

What a great find! We went at night, but the setting is lovely! As for the food, it's absolutely amazing! Dishes are prepared with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented! The desserts are magnificent and homemade, just like everything else. All this at a very reasonable price. A fantastic place not to be missed! We'll be back very soon.

We had heard very positive things about this place a few months ago. So we went, and what a wonderful evening it was! The welcome was impeccable, pleasant, and warm. The dishes were excellent, sophisticated, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The setting was magnificent, with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley, a lovely stone terrace at the foot of the house, and also a second terrace on the lawn. And finally, the highlight of the evening: two musicians who accompanied us throughout the meal with their Latin music. Truly a lovely place, an absolute must-try, and quite possibly the best restaurant in the Cévennes right now.
