Lou Regalou sur Saint-Martial

A real treat from start to finish. Very well located in a charming little village in the Cévennes. I recommend it 100%.

We had yet another superb meal at this charming restaurant in the heart of the beautiful village, Saint Martial. Julie is a delightful and welcoming host, and Cyril, her husband the chef, is a talented, creative master of style and flavour combinations. Each course, from amuse bouche to delicate petit fours with coffee, are both eye catching and delicious. The ambience, attention to detail and food are always worth the 700 mile journey from England.

Surprising flavor combinations, yet so elegant and a delight for the taste buds. The service was truly top-notch, with a smile and a genuine joie de vivre. The restaurant lives up to its name: we were... well, we were... absolutely delighted! A true treat for our taste buds and our eyes. The food is high-quality, flavorful, and generous. The staff is charming, smiling, and professional. The setting on the terrace is rustic and pleasant, perfect for celebrating Easter in the sunshine. Absolutely flawless.
