I recommend. We ate there as a family during our vacation. Everything was very good, carefully prepared and presented. Very generous, even the children's menu is great. Very good value for money. Nothing to report about the service. We had a great time.

Food was good and plentiful. Awkward atmosphere: chef throwing dishes on cupboard, forced smile from the waitress. The waiter was friendly and smiley. Not a relaxed atmosphere. Further to the feedback of the opener I have decided to withdraw a star or two in the atmosphere. Says it all! Just because he has less staff he thinks it’s ok to provide a rough service. Where is the world going?!?

Very good table, we enjoyed ourselves, it's a shame that the service was so long, but we understand that the lack of staff is complicated to manage at the time of service. I highly recommend because we ate really well

Our first visit - a little off the beaten track for us despite having spent time in the area over 24 years, What a discovery. An extraordinarily good lunch in this spacious and comfortable old building with an enormous fireplace and a wood fired grill at one side of the hearth on which steaks, chops and sausages are cooked. We chose from the €37.90 menu and were amazed at the generosity of the various amuse bouches to start the meal. The deep fried king prawns were absolutely on point. The foie gras and home baked bread similarly. Starters included a wonderful steamed asparagus dish and for mains 3 of us chose the chef's recommendation; 3 pieces each of locally sourced pork, lamb and beef grilled over the wood fire. The pork chop was the best I have ever eaten, the lamb moist and full of flavour, the steak cooked exactly as requested. The salad accompaniment included thinly sliced black radish - a new one on me. Had to follow this with creme brulée- as good as I have ever eaten. Highly recommended - but be warned - portion sizes are enormous. The Cotes du Rhône was excellent and the coffee great too. A new favourite restaurant for special occasions.

Nous avons choisi de goûter le cochon de lait cuit dans la cheminée. Un véritable bonheur. Fondant et avec une viande de qualité. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir déjeuner sur la terrasse. Si il y avait une petite amélioration ce serait sur l’organisation du service mais cela n’a pas gâché le repas. Resto à recommander et disposant d’un grand parking.

Good local cuisine. Impeccable service from a very talented and professional young person despite his young age. We are 2 tables in the dining room and the boss is in the kitchen and the boss doesn't even say hello to us. We chose 4 menus at 27 euros. The only downside was that we chose the chef's suggestion for 1 person from the menu at 37 euros. The young man came to inform us that we would have to pay for 1 menu with 37 euros which we accepted and accepted without worries. Once the invoice was requested because the boss had left, she arrived with 4 menus for 27 euros. I asked the young waiter that there was a mistake, he replied that as it was he who made a mistake, the boss in the kitchen told him said it was up to him to pay the difference from his tips. What a scandal we give him a 16 euro tip so he can pay for his mistake. Afterwards we are surprised that the job is tough with such bosses and that the branch can no longer find staff.

Nous avons choisit le menu à 37 euros et même si cela peux effrayé nous sommes repartit plus que satisfait !! Planche apéritif + velouté d’asperge offerte puis notre entrée ( assiette périgourdine et fois gras) top ensuite cochon de lait cuit au feu de bois devant nos yeux avec petits légumes, frites maison excellent !! Pour finir un dessert royal chocolat toujours aussi bon ! Nous nous sommes régalés et repas très copieux ! Je recommande ++++ a bientôt
