Very fluffy base and super creamy crème fraîche - and the dried meat also tastes better than in Germany.
Roger & Arianne and their team are really into it. BRAVO!!!!
P.S.: don't forget to take a bag of flour home with you (2.5 kg or 5 kg)...much better than the fumigated flour from the supermarket :-)

The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had no booking. The restaurant was fully booked, so they setup a table at the back of kitchen with views of the river. We felt very special with personal service and amazing wood fired pizza and flambé pizza.
Endroit magnifique, très ancien mais très familial, les tartes flambées sont excellentes !
